1998 2nd Edition Texaco's Flying Plush Pioneer Bear "ACE" w/Box

“Ace" Texaco' Flying Pioneer Bear from 1998 (2nd ed) was to celebrate the 1920's which saw the introduction of Texaco's American Aviation Gasolines and a trans-continental speed record set by the famous "Texaco Five." The bear was designed by Salley Morrison Stringer and put out by the Monkey Island Bears & Friends from Oklahoma City, OK
Condition:  Preowned good vintage condition.  This bear comes with its original aviation jacket, scarf, and goggles.  The goggles have an elastic band that is fairly stretched out.  They rest on his face but the elastic does not pull them taut.  The original box shows the most signs of wear with some denting.  It also has been previously taped and remnants can still be found on the box or have pulled up the paper where removed.
