Vintage Amber Glass Kerosine Lantern Lamp 20” Moon and Star-like Pattern
This beautiful amber glass kerosene lamp is so unique with its 20” height and textured moon and star-like pattern. The base of the lamp is a darker amber and the chimney a lighter. There are areas of attachment defined by a textured black, possibly tin. There were no found maker’s marks or stickers but a similar listing online suggested it was imported from Hong Kong.
Condition: Preowned good vintage condition. I did not find any cracks, chips or breaks in the lamp base. The lamp previously held kerosene and there may be a residual amount left. When I ran my hand over the chimney, there was roughness on about three petals at the top indicating some chippage. However, enough of the petals still exist that it is hard to detect with the eye. I will include a photo of the chimney rim for further inspection.
