CONDITION :
Like most stoneware, there are natural irregularities and imperfections in the manufacturing that many feel give stoneware pieces unique character. Some of the manufacturing defects or signs of wear on this crock include:
-small chip of missing glaze on the lid
-some chipping at jar bottom
-two unglazed spots on jar side with markings
-dripped glaze
